About Shweta Jain
Yoga and Wellness Instructor
Shweta Jain is the founder of Kalpvraksh Yoga Studio and a yoga and wellness instructor certified by the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India. Her practice moves from Ashtanga Yoga and Pranayama through to Face Yoga, Meditation, and gentle therapeutic support for prenatal and postnatal wellness, always taught with a warm, accessible touch.
Beyond the mat, Shweta guides students on diet and lifestyle, so a calmer, stronger, more balanced life takes root in everyday living too. Whether you're unrolling a mat for the very first time or deepening a long-held practice, you'll feel at home here.
